Delete one cloud upload
You can remove a video from our servers without deleting your account.
In the app
While a video is being made, tap Stop processing: the work stops and its files are removed from our servers. A finished video can be deleted at any time: open Your videos and choose Delete now. If you do nothing, we delete the finished video 30 days after it is ready, and we aim to delete your original video and working files within 24 hours of the upload starting.
What we delete
The video you chose, its working copies, the preview, the finished videos and the answer you typed. Your original video stays on your device.
If you gave the video a name, that name is deleted too.
What stays
Your account and your other uploads stay. So does a short record of this upload (when it happened, the settings you chose, technical details and a fingerprint of the file, and your yes/no answers about rights and consent) until you delete your account. Backups can keep copies for a short time; the privacy page has the details.
Cannot do it in the app?
Send a request through the contact form, with the topic Privacy. Write the email address of the account and say that you want one upload deleted while keeping your account. Do not send a password, a sign-in code or a video. We aim to answer within 2 working days.
